The Homegrown Talent Coalition brings together organizations across Colorado working at the intersection of education, workforce, and policy.
Coalition members operate outside of government and school districts, partnering closely with both to support implementation, inform policy, and connect efforts across the system.
Together, we play a unique role: coordinating across sectors to align policy, practice, and data, and to build the conditions that make it easier for schools and districts to expand access to meaningful opportunities for students.
The Homegrown Talent Coalition is supported and coordinated by the Colorado Education Initiative and Colorado Succeeds, which help manage the Coalition’s operations, communications, and shared work.

In addition to member participation, HTC hosts Center Table meetings, which are open to a broader set of partners and provide a space for shared learning, updates, and connection across the ecosystem.
